From October 2024, as an employer we have a duty to take all reasonable steps to prevent you from sexual harassment at work.
A recent UK study has highlighted that over 58% of women have experienced some form of sexual harassment at work – this number is even higher for women between the ages of 25-34.
But….sexual harassment can happen to anyone and isn’t specific to a gender.
